Appears to be a very poorly trimmed 36, with a poorly wiped cancel...

Look at the poor suckers chasing this piece of junk...

Recently several other names (hgtrfnr56 & beauty-coin) associated with this seller were NARU'ed by ebay. But many believe that there are at least 50-75 other names also involved here; ebay doesn't seem to be in any hurry to clean this mess up. One thing for sure, if you have to return anything he has previously demanded that it be returned to his Britain location and not where the item says it is located. ebay has previously ruled against him in this practice.

Don... yeppers... there's no end to the number
of their accounts (and the games they play with
them), nor any ebay inclination to take any action...

Aside from possible perforation indents at the top, the right margin is not very clean between the design and what is left of the frame line, suggesting that a cancel was removed.

I think you might have something there cfrphoto!

Also their pic of the car says a lot about them. Just seeing the statue of liberty with a sold tag on it....i little to sketchy for me. Why not throw the Brooklyn Bridge in there too why they're at it!?
