This stamp is displayed in "H" or "I" which I think is wrong. There is no grill I don't see. Value I cant find but All stamps have value my opinion.

The stamp is Scott 206, from 1881 (Re-engraved design.) That stamp doesn't have a grill.

Is there any way to remove old glue from the back of stamps, without hurting these stamps?
