I know it is a sickness that only a stamp fix will cure. Last week I thru in a bid for a airmail collection figuring at least I would get my money out of the albums only.
Boy was I surprised, it turned out to be a mint WW airmail collection about 90% filled from each country from #1-#40. It turned out to be one of my better deals.

P.S. I already am putting together some trading stock for you.

Also, finally getting to the Flying Chicken stock. It was the #118 that was your favorite correct?

The other week I won three penny auctions on ebay. A complete 24c Buckeye 10 stamp booklet; a C64b booklet pane with slogan 2 and a lot of seven postcards with two postal envelopes. Sometimes you get lucky, especially if you are looking for the more off-beat stuff.

Stampinaround:

Is the C64b booklet pane used? I'm looking for one for my specialised U.S. air mail collection.

David

i wonder if I should feel bad for the seller when he only gets a penny plus shipping and has the eBotz fees to pay !! Does anyone notice if prices on the internet are more reasonable for stamps than they were..i read in the papers that many people are selling off their collectibles due to the bad economy ....

Gotcha Phil, will set aside for ya.

For about a month I have seen alot of auctions go low on prices. But in the last week some lots have been over bid in my opinion.
Must have been a surge in tax refunds right now.
