That's a gnat's eyelash. I have an entire Inverted Jenny souvenir sheet used on a parcel cover. I'm unlikely to sell it, despite the challenge in storing it.

Got this in the mail today.

I've been buying a lot of FDC's, and the vendors will occasionally use them. I haven't been saving them.
