'Gruss Aus' (German) would be 'Greetings From' (English).
This became a common legend (text on the image side of the postcard) all over the world and, therefor, became a collecting category in & of itself.
The legend is usually found on a 'view' card (the image is a view of, say, downtown wherever, or a famous landmark).
I posted this card precisely because it is so far afield from the normal Gruss Aus card, as the greetings are from an organization (and an imaginary individual) instead of from a place. Gruss Aus abuse!
I am hoping that others might cough-up scans of their cards which s-t-r-e-t-c-h the definition of the category.
