Just came across this one which I haven't seen before. Is this mentioned in the bible of flyspeck philately? Perhaps it's plate corrosion?

I think Martha nailed him with the rollin' pin when he came in a little too late one night after a "cabinet meeting" at the local pub. Nice item. I'd mount it in my collection.
