Another one that I believe is a fake? The perfs do not look correct, perhaps a reperfed 344? Actually none of the parallel perfs seem to line up. I'm I on the correct track? Still learning about reperfed items. I was using the information from

Any opinions would be appreciated. No scanner yet, but a few pictures below.

There's a ton of this type of faked material out there...

I came upon this faked 423e going through some stockbooks
of 2 cent reds here that I haven't looked at in over 10 years...

I just sent it to Bill Weiss to donate to either APS or the PF
for a reference copy...

Just so I can understand what to look for better. What are the faked parts of the 423E in the picture. I'm afraid to even guess what they may be? Reperfed on the left and right? Thanks
