I'd look for the USPS to start doing this more frequently with recently deceased celebrities and statesmen. They'll sell more stamps that way. If they wait until the 100th anniversary of their birth or some other far-off anniversary, no one will remember or care by then. Angelou is certainly a worthy subject, notwithstanding the debate around the timing.
