Joined the Community late last night. Glad to be here. I'm relatively new to collecting in ernest. Had a collection as a kid which I sold at a tag sale for $20. That was about 30 years ago...

Started again about 6 months ago when I discovered 2 small Whitman Albums (listed below) in a box from my father in laws estate... one of them had a couple Confederate States in it which got me 'researching' - and it's all uphill from there

In the past 6 months I have obtained first 3 Scott internationals, a Harris New Statesman 1962 edition, Harris Liberties A and B (2 copies of A), Whitman Around the World and Paragon Albums from 1935, A Scott American Album 1939, and a Scott Modern Album 1940.

Catalogued and mounted US colletion is currently at 4950 Stamps, WW at 12389. I have about a pound of material to finish going through.

Which Thread is best to post scans for 'identification assistance'?
