HI Everyone, New From Canada

Hi all. I have been collecting stamps since I was a kid, oh, about 40 years ago. But never really did much with them. Now I am dusting my albums off, re-organizing, and deciding what to sell and what to keep.

My emphasis is Canada, but I also collect used US, British (mint and used), and have a bit of a general world collection. Most of my collection is based on the kiddie packs given to me by well-meaning friends and relatives when I was a kid.

However when I was in my late teens early 20s, I started collecting mint stamps - in particular mint Canadian. My relatives used to travel a fair bit and picked up mint stamps for me from other countries in their travels as well.

I'm looking at 8 albums and wondering what to do with everything. Most of those "albums" are full of stamps in stock pages!

My main interest is Russia to 1991, but I also collect stamps from Canada to about 2000 - I inherited my Dad's collection and that was where he stopped. However, I much prefer the pre 1970 stamps. Tons of spares (many MNH) I need to clear! I have a good collection of Newfoundland also. Lovely stamps.

Im in the UK and collect GB mint and used - mainly to 1952 although I have loads of later ones too (mostly mint) - lurking in odd albums and boxes.
