Hi guys..I believe this is a R10c internal revenue certificate stamp..?
It has gum on the back..Does it look re gummed..?

wert, there would really be no point in regumming this used (it has a manuscript cancel) revenue stamp. If there is gum present, it's probably some of the original gum that remained when the stamp was removed from the document it was originally on.

The gum used did not always work well and sometimes stamps would pop off an still retain much of their gum.
