Sawasdee krub, or Hello! My name is Mark and I was born in Texas, U.S.A. but have lived in southern Thailand for almost ten years where I work as an English teacher.

I began stamp collecting around the age of 10 but stopped in my mid-thirties (I'll turn 50 later this year). A few years ago, I started collecting once again and have really gotten involved in it just in the last year or two.

My primary focus is collecting A Stamp From Everywhere but also collect several individual countries such as Great Britain to 1952, the U.S., Thailand, Pitcairn Islands, as a few German colonies as well. Topical interests include The Wright Brothers and Charles Lindbergh, Education on Stamps, and those portraying places in which I've lived or where I've visited.

I recently started a blog about stamps, but I'll have to wait a little while to provide a link per forum rules.

I hope to be an active member here.
