hallo, Perf stamp is 11x11, show pic's to mensurate with MICHELperfoscope.

width is <12,20mm

heigth is >22,44

Is this scott #552 or scott #596?

The issue date for 632 is 05/21/1927. The cancel predates that issue date. I am inclined to think it a 552. The color doesn't look quite right for a 594/6.
