Those identifications look about right, but I would suggest that you check them with a UV light (Langewelle) or by transillumination (durch Beleuchtung). Compare their appearance with known examples of hard, soft, and intermediate (mittlere Härte) paper.

thanks @essayk. I have Stamps Issues of 1870-1888 with different paper. I must learning

My stamps to have not a good quality; low value?
