Very nice. I think I read not too long ago that Brasil was the first to issue stamps -- after Great Britain, of course. Is that the Brazilian Bullseye? |

Kirks.... Yes you are correct...The second country to issue postage stamps was Brazil. The 30-reis Bull's Eye from 1843 is one of the three stamps Brazil initially issued. |

I bought this set in a little shop in Las Vegas when visiting there once. They have an expertising mark on their backs, but what really intrigued me and still does is why the perforated defacing? Anyway, the thread asks for #1s so here is Mongolia's:  |
