I don't think so. The top bidder at $14,930 has 100% bids with this seller, so likely a shill.

Yes that's the seller's shill. He probably put in a high bid of $15,000 like the previous auctions. Dumb !@#$% scammer The stamps are valued in excess of $500,000.

Bidding has ended at $15,099. So did he find a real live sucker? I sure hope not.

Here's a suspect as to whom the real seller might be...

http://www.ebay.com/usr/bequet

Read his negative feedbacks... (mostly in French)

Here's the real seller...

That's quite a serious accusation of a respected French seller. What proof do you have? I hope it's not just 48 negative ratings out of almost 15,000 sales.

The scam seller is located in Bernolsheim, France
This legitimate seller is located in Ronchin, France

The scammer is in Polynesia until July 20, 2015
The legitimate seller is on vacation until July 26, 2015

The only thing they have in common is that both are French, so please explain how you came to the conclusion that these sellers are the same, both scammer and high volume stamp/coin seller.

I am sure the scammer would love to be in Polynesia, but he isn't. His dates don't match up and he is answering questions so quickly it's unreal !
From the very first lot he/she posted there was a rumour going round that this ebay account had been hacked. it would not surprise me. I believe he/she is in the USA.

Many have written to ebay or filed a 'report this item' box. I have done both a number of times and yesterday I got my first reply !

...not so fast pepper ! The ebay reply was asking me to write to them with all the info or to fill out the 'Report this item' section ! ...............exactly what I did to warrant their reply.

I believe it's called 'going around in circles' !

All good fun.
happy Bidding, happy Shilling.......
