Don't know what this is,booklet cut wrong ??? The side and top perfs line up so it's a perf 11.

If you are referring to the green line on the straight edge it is called a cut line. This is where the sheet of 400 was cut into 4 panes of 100 each. I'm assuming it is a pair and a single ?

Hi,if you closely you can see it's part of the stamp image and not a cut line.

Looks like a pair and a single from the booklet pane, with the pane miscut enough to give a portion of the adjacent pane. Not unusual really.
