Been collecting for 47 years. Have a nice extensive US collection. I do buy WW and US collections locally at estate sales and auctions. I am a member of 2 different Wisconsin stamp clubs and the APS for over 25 years. Stamp collecting has kept me out of the bars and is one of the greatest stress relievers that I know of. Nothing like sitting down to a stack of unknowns and working through it.
Welcome! I've been at it 54+ years and agree with you...absolutely nothing I enjoy more than my stamps! I'm sure you'll enjoy this site and all it's wonderful members too....there's lots of very knowledgeable members always ready to provide a wealth of information.
