I am having difficulty identifying this irregular complicated used stamp. What number in Scott is this stamp? I am aware that these stamps are known with grill or no grill, which this stamp does not present a grill. the bottom and right side looks like partial roulette manner or trimmed, Did they have these stamps at all known with partial imperforations at all? The Vendor who sold it to me expressed it was a Scott 64, including it is not dark blue. Is he correct? Paper looks white more than yellow, but no gum with no grill. To all of you wonderful experienced stamp experts..
I try to stay away from stamps like this, but for the price, could not pass it up. Now, be nice, please with your responses..hahahaha

Thanks Ray for your response. so they donot have them at all as impartials, only perforations correct? so it would be very unlikely for one to come across any imperforated stamp for this franklin? Those would be considered rarity and scarce? If I see one in my future need to check the sides very carefully. It seems the collection this vendor was selling had of them are cut and some imperforated stamps. I do not know if they were all genuine. He told me he bought them in auction years ago and was selling many of them recently.
