I was in NYC the day Bob Hope died. I saw it announced on the side of a building. I forget which one, but it's the famouse one in all the TV shows that show a right to left scroll of one line of news.

I was a part of History!

Few people realize it, but Bob Hope was born in London, UK.

It seemed like he was around forever..with Bing Crosby, entertaining the troops, the movies of the 1940's and 1950s !!
