Would appreciate info , price etc. I do not have a USA price guide. This is the oldest stamp in a Harris album that I got at a garage sale. The album has loads of stamps but not many before 1900. Thanks w.s.

It has a nice bulls eye but is a little off center with what looks like a clipped right corner. I would say market value of $1.00.
