You're getting the hang of it. Why don't you also try an "inline" image...
When you insert the image, delete everything except the actual image URL -- the part that starts with "http:/" and ends with ".jpg"
Then surround the URL with [ img ] and [ /img ] tags (but without the spaces inside the brackets).
You should get something like this ...
