I received an email from another collector who has a Scott 3412 Hologram issue in which he asked me how to clean the Hologram which he indicted had some residue from the original post office package. I have no idea what to suggest. Anyone have any similar experience or suggestion?

Thanks in advance,
Don

Have to know what the residue is, but for sure never put water on a hologram. At least that is what I have heard.
