26A W/Inner Frame Lines Right And Left?

Last time I posted a 26A, it turned out to be a fake with perfs added.
This one, I believe has a doubling of the left and right frame lines.

Are these line just recut cut badly or is this a doubling?

I have seen recuts mentioned for both the left and right. But I have only seen references to the left frame line doubled.

These "doubled" framelines are more accurately classified as recutting slips. It is probably a Plate 15 stamp (top row of course). There are numerous examples of frameline slips on Plate 15. Incidently, some of the best examples of true double framelines are on Plate 15 as well.

Slips...wow, good thing this operator didn't become a surgeon!
I actually thought this might be from plate 10. Oh well, back to the imperfs!

This is a Scott #26 then?

Yes, Scott #26. 26A only comes from Plate 10 and 11.
