that is just the albums there is 45 of them plus I have sheets,covers,loose stamps ect

That's the first thing I learned about stamp collecting. No food or drinks while working (except for working). As a matter of fact it works better than dieting, I spend every spare moment on stamps and I've lost 15lbs alwready

i lost that much just trading my regular pepsi in for diet now I cant even drink a regular pepsi to sweet took me alittle getting use to the diet but I love it now I've learned not to have a pet ferret out while stamping

Tina, I also traded regular for diet in the hope of losing weight, and I haven't lost a pound from it. I'm not sure what happened, my whole life I was underweight, people called me "beanpole" and such, and the last year or two, I have gained 30 pounds and it won't come off.

Dianne, maybe I should try the "stamp diet". Hey, if it works for me too, you could go into business, and I'll be your first testimonial. I'll hold up a inverted jenny in the commercial...I can see it now...

Stephanie that happened to me when I reached 40. I actually changed my whole approach to eating I'ts working so far. No refined sugar, limited wheat products and only multigrain. Olive oil instead of other oils. You get my drift only healthy stuff.

well im about to hit 40 come september and I've gained about 15 lbs,it was over 8 years ago when I switched over to diet now im hoping the stamp diet works my avg weight is 115 now im at 125 10lbs is alot on a 5ft4in person LESS FOOD,MORE STAMPING
