I noticed that this stamp has 11 1/2 written on the back.
So I checked. IS this right?

Hi Gracie. Based on the first image, I don't think it's perf 11.5. Along the right side, the registration marks in some cases align with a perf hole and in other cases align with the perf tip. The same can be said for the second image.

If correctly identified, the registration marks will all line up in a very consistent pattern.

By the way, whatever that pattern is behind the stamp is quite distracting.
