The stamp has some issues, especially in the corners. Still pretty though! I could not tell anything from the pictures; it could be unused but could also have been used!
Looks like it may be either creased or rejoined in several if not all 4 corners which brings the value way down. A shame because the centering is great. If you are asking about numerical grading, the creasing and possible repair will bring that down to a very low level (most numerical grading agencies will not grade faulty stamps anyway).
