Even with my bad images, you can see the shifts. All four rosettes and in the letters of THREE CENTS.
I'm searching plates 4, 6, 7 and 8 for a match.

I don't recognize the DT right off the top of my head. I would also do a quick check on DT's from Plate 5 that also only have an inner line at right. I would check Plate 5 first, actually.

Sure enough sensei2010 err sinclair2010...This stamp is 87R5L.
Thanks.

Again the inner lines throw me a curve. Not having the right side of this stamp didn't help.

I knew that you would figure it out. I have a nice copy of 87R5L that I will try to post while I watch the Patriots go to 11-0 (knock on wood).

Very nice. Better image also.

For those keeping score at home...I thought my stamp was a type I, "no inner frame lines". So, a type I imperf that isn't Orange Brown, is from plates 4, 6, 7 or 8. That is where I concentrated my search. Lack of experience kept me from considering a type II with, a worn inner line or an inner line right side only.

Sinclair,

That's probably the best impression I've seen on an 87R5L. Beautiful stamp! Looks claret.
