This one arrived yesterday-- only 3 margins, but the side margins are about as wide as you're ever going to see on this issue. The stamp is 100L10, the last stamp on the bottom right on the left side of the plate. Can't see a few of the identifying plate marks because the stamp is so off centered to the top, but it's an "F" relief, so row 6 or 10, and I figured it had to be the end of a row, so #60 or #100. Since there isn't a center line (and plate 10 has no center line), I tried that first-- Enjoy, Ray
