Quilled, not quilted. It's nice and will look good for example on Valentines.

A point of interest. I received my quilled paper hearts first day cover envelopes on 1/12/16 the day of issue. They were mailed on the 11th. The stamps have yet to come yet.

don't give then the idea, they gone make annual release of valentines stamps , mothers and fathers day, labour day and .......

Too late. There is a Halloween stamp slated for 2016, the first, so they must have determined there is a market for them. I don't collect modern issues so I have no problem is they issue a thematic stamp for a holiday where I mail several cards or letters ... And Valentines Day is one.
