If it is unused, probably 25 cents (face value). Stamp looks stained and wrinkled.

I didn't read all of the other "stamp value" threads. Has anyone yet suggested that new user dkallman just get a catalogue or go to the library? These questions are bogging down the system.

The pheasant stamp looks like the scarcer "red removed from sky" variety. Still worth nothing due to the damage.
