Can someone help me identify this stamp.
Perfs seem to be 11x11x11x10,
i measured the size as 18 3/4mm x 21 1/2mm
it came from a envelope with a date of 1918

since this is an offset printing, either SC 529 or 530, it is not 11x11x11x10

what is the difference between offset and flat printing? Sorry Im new.
