The postmark is Hartford CT the year throws me off being able to id this stamp. It is 185? The next fact is the stamp is imperf & perf. It can't be number #11 can it? Thoughts? Can anyone id this one? Thanks for the help in advance

Hi duncanvr, the perforations on the left side have been trimmed (maybe scizzor cut), and the top/bottom sides are perforated, so it is not an imperforate issue. The right side may be a sheet pane margin edge, but appears to have been trimmed as well, as it is irregular, not straight. This stamp is Scott 26.
