how can I find out which stamps are in sets cause I have some commemorative sets USA but they are already put together

Sometimes you can tell by looking at the design, but the only sure way is to use a catalog of one sort or another. I use Scott's but there are others, some really inexpensive.

Thanks laswabbie I do have that book so I will check it out I have more foreign stamps then usa I do have more usa ones then I thought tho on the pixie ones im only missing a few I have the 1/2 cent,1 1/2cent,2cent,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,12,15,20,25,30 and 50
