1¢ green Franklin stamp Scott no? 11 perforations both horizontally and vertically measures approximately 19¼ by 22½mm I placed US Scott No. 552, perf 11, flat plate on top the stamp in question is this a winner? or not.

I think this is a Scott 596 measures approximately 19¼ by 22½mm and the perf is 11 I upload photo of the perf with gauge.

It is a 632. Here is image of horizontal perf rotated and overlaid on vertical perf.
Note how perfs line up at top but are not lined up toward bottom. This means the horizontal and vertical perfs are definitively different.
