Tipzi, I do hope you will be coming to the show this weekend. If you have received the one-cent Franklin yet, the one we discussed, bring it along. I'm sure Ray and I would like to see it in person.

#19, type Ia or 19b, type Ic. From bottom row of plate 4, relief F. Not sure which subtype because the right bottom plume is obscured, but I would guess type Ia since Ic is rarer.

I think I'm right, but open to correction. In any case, very nice find! Just curious, was this an ebay find or somewhere else?
