Some of the perfs along the bottom appear to have had paper added to them to make them look longer then they actually are. The three perfs under the pencil 63 plus two others in the bottom center appear that way in this scan. Particularly the first perf under and slightly right of the 3. Now it's possible that they were just creased at some point and then straightened after.
