Does anyone have/use the Herst Jiffy Identifier for Washington-Franklins? I am curious how it works and wouldn't mind having one myself.

I'm not sure about the Jiffy Identifier but there is a spiffy free online 1908-1922 Washington/Franklin Identifier on Stamp Smarter. It works in as few as three steps and quickly narrows down the identification
