I've got a glassine envelope with 100+ (I think it's 105....but let's say 100+ to be safe) used #210's. My question is, what to do with them? I don't particularly want them (I already have a couple). Some have "interesting" I don't want to say "fancy" cancels, most are just normal and all appear to be in decent condition.
So, ebay? Maybe somebody on here wants/needs? What should I do? If I put on ebay they aren't worth much so...?
Thanks for the advice,
dave

Hi Dave. I have no idea how you got this many, but if it were me I would first of all study them. There must be some interesting varieties in a bunch like that.
I can't help with how to dispose - even a hundred of them would not amount to any money. Sorry,

Peter

You can check recent ebay sales. I sold about a thousand (by weight) for $43 in an ebay auction. Bulk 2 cent Columbians go for two to three times that. Since you are selling only a hundred, spread them out in groups of 20, image them and include all of the images in the ebay description. If a potential buyer sees a few good cancels, you may get more.
