Well I guess that's one way to keep it from being sucked in most vacuum cleaners! Of course, one day, a dinner guest is going to mistake it for a beverage coaster...
If you see it in person, which I did, you might agree with the 95. Centering is important but other factors can overcome less than mathematically perfect centering, such as freshness of color, perfs, vignette centering, gum condition and hinging. A 98 or 100 might require perfect centering, but 95 does not.
