The easy part is that they all appear to be Romania. The first ones with the serial numbers are probably Revenue stamps. There's a pretty good Romania Revenue stamp website. The scan is not clear enough to make out the writing which would be key to identification. A goodly number of the reainder are "back-of-the-book" postage due and various tax stamps. Again, I can't make out the inscription on the or detail on the last one but with the selvage attached, it appears to be genuine. I don't recognize the issue but then I'm no mexpert in Romania.

The very bottom one is Germany, during the Nazi era, and it is imperforate, which is not typical -- in fact, I've never seen an imperf one. Get one of our German experts to check it out; it's probably in the Michel catalogue.

The set is Scott #B292 and B293

This is for the 12Th anniversary of the Nazi party. Imperf are the same value as perforated. Mint around $5.00 The used stamps are the ones to find. Used/cancelled are worth around $850.00

I know it is just a detail, but shouldn't it be the 12th anniversary of the Nazi party's getting in power in Germany? B292-3 is the last stampissue before the final collapse of Nazi-Germany.

Just in case you're confused, the stamps inscribed "Bani" are also Romania. The "Bani" is the unit of currency.
