Hi guys just started collecting stamps again after oooh about 30 years- having lost my childhood collection in some floods.
I started buying the Australian yearbooks(from early 1980s) and it was simply amazing, like a walk down memory lane and a link directly to my childhood memories.
Its funny but for me each stamp is a window into history and I think its simply fascinating to be able to hold onto that little window and call it your own.
Anyway I was looking up toning and came across this site and found all this really educational advice so well done!
Talk soon
Regards
Jason.

Hi Jason,

Being an expat South Western Victorian I certainly do not miss the cold but I have a regular battle with rust in my stamp collection in this QLD climate.

Happy collecting
