If it was a 482A it is not any longer. It is a vending machine stamp - read the footnote under 482A.
You can find these stamps in the Scott catalog under "vending and affixing machine perforations".

Not a 482a. Depending on watermark either a 409 or a 482. Is this pair folded in the middle or is that a paste up joint ?
