Please Help Identify This Stamp

Can someone please help identify what type of stamp is this?

That is a 3¢ Postage Stamp issued by the United States on March 3, 1919. It commemorates the Victory of the Allies in World War I.

There are a few color varieties, but an unused block of 4 of the regular Violet is valued around $42.50 in my 2011 Scott Specialized Catalog. (Scott Number 537)

This one is not particularly well centered and seems to have some perforation issues to the upper-left of your image, so probably not worth the full catalog value, but it is still a "keeper" in my view.

Scott 537 is Violet. 537a is Deep Red Violet; 537b is Light Red Violet; and 537c is Red Violet. All are perf 11 and un-watermarked.
