hi all,

i struggle with this stamp and I use a stanley gibbons catalogue not scotts, but am I correct in this is perf 10 type 3?

your ID looks right with me... but the Scott# is not ID'd until you figure out the watermark

I am not convinced this is a type 3 stamp. We need a better image so we can focus in on the identifiers - ribbons, berry, mouth, etc.
