I'm a 54 year old Kentuckian who was heavily into the hobby as a kid in the 70's. My wife and I were cleaning the garage while on vacation a few weeks back and I found my old Scott's Minuteman album that I thought I'd lost in the move 10+ years ago. Since then I've been slipping off to
ebay to upgrade things a little at a time, and I've rediscovered everything that the hobby taught me back in those dark days of middle school and early high school. If only algebra had a correlation to stamps.... As it was, I learned as much or more through collecting than I did in the bulk of my classes, much of which I seem to still remember today. I'm enjoying the forums, and am determined not to be a pest.
