Scott Specialized Help..re: Flags

I have a Scott specialized 2006 edition and am looking for some information that comes after this date.

I need Scott #'s and description for the 41c Flag Issue.

I also need Scott numbers and descriptions for the 42c Flag issue although I do have some numbers that were sent to me recently which I believe is not complete. I have #'s; 4232-5, 4236-9, 4240-3, and 4244-7. Are these correct and is there one set missing?

Any info would be gratefully received on any of the above, and I thank you in advance.

Whilst still waving the US Flag, I have another tiny question.
The 39c Lady Liberty and Flag stamp from a convertible booklet, perf 10.25x10.75......is this Scott number 3984 or 3985 ???
If it is 3985, then is there a 3984 or did they leave a gap ??
