Unusual Scott 11 Missing Left Frame Line?

I believe this is a 11 - maybe a 10? A bit unusual in that the left frame line is gone. Also on the right edge you can see the left part of the adjacent stamp which also has a missing or poor frame line. Any ideas or re-cutting details about this stamp? I'm not very good at plating this issue but if someone can help out that would be great.

Hi chaulkdust, This is a #11 printed from plate 4. Plate 4 impressions mostly have a faint left frame line that is too close to the design, especially near the top, and the left frame line is sometimes doubled. The adjacent stamp to the right shows the doubling of the frame line.
