Hi. My name is Alan and I am 17. I have been collecting stamps since 2014. I specialise in Russia and it's areas from 1858 to 1966. It is great to be in the forum and I look forward to learning more about philately from experts here. A question though, where can I get Russian postal stationeries and presentation folders at a lower cost? Since I am still studying in a secondary school (a high school for american viewers). It would be much appreciated if someone can help me out.

Welcome,
I don't have an answer for your question but hopefully someone will be able to address it. Note that sometimes folks do not check this sub-forum (Introduce Yourself Here), if you do not get a reply you might want to re-ask the question in the one of the "World" sub-forums.
