Need Help With Cancel

I enjoy collecting used V&A stamps. Especially enjoy trying to determine unusual cancellations. This forum has come to my rescue a number of times. I'm afraid this one has me totally stumped. Can't tell if it's a slogan cancel, a box postmark or some type of auxiliary marking. Any ideas ?

In the top row I believe I see a T and an E. I thought it might say VOTE ?? Bottom row appears to be larger text, perhaps a D and a U. Perhaps something DUE ?

Maybe someone has a scanning technique to better bring that text out away from the stamp.

It appears to be a boxed roller cancel, used upside down reading SAINT L(OUIS) / MO, which would also agree where many of the M-O-M's were used from.

Yeah, I can see that. Need to do a little searching on Saint Louis Box cancels to see if I can find a better match.

Thank You John Becker. Your help jogged my memory. I remembered I had this one. I wish the 3 cent cancel was better but I believe you have solved what it is.

A different type font, but yes, a similar device.
